I need to get a couple of new shotgun barrels, for a Win 1300 and Mossberg 835. Where do you folks get yours? Local dealers or Internet? If net, please provide a link/reference.

Found this site recently:

I was looking for Remington barrels, but they also have Mossberg.

Winchester barrels can be tough to find, but Cabella's should have them. The mail-order catalog has them. I don't know about online.

Some sporting goods store like Big 5 or Gart carry the Mossberg and Remington barrels here and there.

Anybody know where to order online an 18.5 HD barrel for an 870? Seems like most of the online companies stop at 20 inch rifled deer barrels.

RJ,my HD 870 has an 18" and a skosh bbl. My deer 870 has a 20" rifle sighted bbl.it serves as backup outside the shotgun season. Both are set up alike with mag extensions and so on. Even in tight quarters, I feel no difference in handling. For that matter, the bird 870 with its 21" bbl handles like a riot gun.

Don't know about on line, but most gun shops that handle police turnins have a riot bbl or two lying around.
