Mossberg Blaze 47
I didn't need another rimfire rifle since I already have a Marlin 60, Henry lever action and Marlin 25MN. They all function, look and shoot like new but I ran across an ad in the local paper for the AK47 styled 22 rifle made my Mossberg. I read all of the reviews and Youtube videos I found and bought it based on their claims of good accuracy and reliability out of the box. I bought one today with the wood stock on sale for $259.99.
It is very light with a polymer receiver (works for Glock) and accurate with no malfunctions of any kind so far. Because of the light weight (4 3/4 lbs) and fiber optic sights, it is the most fun of any rifle I have ever shot. The accuracy seems to be about the same as the Model 60 as well as the others and I have not adjusted the sights at all. I once said I would not buy a plastic pistol but I have and have had no issues at all. I never thought I would buy a plastic rifle but now I have. The large fiber optic sights work pretty well for 69 year old eyes. |

Very neat little Kalashnikov .22!
I love my "plastic" .22 rifle, a Remington Nylon 66. It jams up sometimes but works pretty well on the hotter stuff. |

I shot some golden bullets and thunderbolts through my little gun and it functioned flawlessly. The owners manual calls for standard, HV and Hyper HV so maybe i can shoot anything in it. Based on your gun, Glocks and many others, I think plastic is a good alternative to heavier and more expensive materials.
