Deregulated Shooting Areas in Nor Cal...

Regulated shooting ranges can be expensive, compact, loud, and difficult to socialize with a friend. I'd appreciate it if someone could explain in detail or give directions to a secluded area in Northern California for the responsible shooter. I live in Solano county, so preferably anywhere around that area or even an hour or so away would work.
