colt parts compability

hello, a quick question, parts from colt navy will fit into colt dragoon?, like cylider stop from navy to dragoon?

No, it's a different frame size. You have the Walker and Dragoons in large frame, the 51/60/61 .36/.44's in medium frame(holster frame) and small frame in .31/.36 (pocket frame)
