Swivel stud for speedfeed stock?
Hi,
Anyone know where I can get a swivel stud for a speedfeed stock (Rem 870 express)? I just installed the new stock and realized that it didn't include one. Darn. Thanks! TCW |

Oh yea...it's a Speedfeed I (holds 4 shells) so it has to be short in length to avoid the internal tube.

You should buy Uncle Mike's dome swivel studs from Brownells. See: http://www.brownells.com/
Search for "swivel stud," and the first entry will be for Uncle Mike's products. All of them are 10-32 threaded, but in various lengths from 1/4" to 7/8". I am not sure what the right length would be. They are sold in packs of 12, but each pack is less than $10. You also need black spacers (48 in a pack).

I could only find it at OpticsPlanet. The shipping was outrageous but I paid it because I wanted to get it done:
