Can someone comment on the new Benelli gas-operated semi-auto shotgun that is being supplied to the US Marine Corps?
What are its features? For example, is it more rugged than Remington 11-87? Inquiring minds would like to know! Skorzeny ------------------ For to win one hundred victories in one hundred battles is not the acme of skill. To subdue the enemy without fighting is the supreme excellence. Sun Tzu |

Yes, it's more rugged than the 11-87. More reialble, theoreticaly, do to a dual gas system.
From all acounts, it's good to go. But I'd have to go back in to get one so I try not to think about it. It'd be a monster of a jungle gun with flechettes... |
