Wondering about how much velocity is gained (per inch) over an 18" bl in 6mm Rem? Any info is appreciated. I know Hornady lists data from a 22" bl...

6MM REM W/ 100/105gr BULLETS

My 24" 6MM rifle hits 3200fps with 45gr of 4831.

I used to load IMR 4350 behind the Speer 105 spitzer in my Model 700 in .243, took many deer and 8 elk with that gun. The load clocked out at 3100 fps (can't remember the exact load, so work up slowly from 1 grain below max). The load using 4831 sounds like a good one too. That Speer 105 spitzer is an awesome big game bullet.
