I Frame Mainspring ?

I need a hammer/ mainspring for an old S&W 32 long, Hand Ejector, I frame. Long out of production so I can’t find any listings. My question is: Can I use one for a J Frame in it’s place? If not, any idea were to find the proper spring? Any ideas are welcome.

No. The J frame uses a coil spring with a different armature.

I needed an I frame spring for my Regulation Police and found one at Gun Parts Corporation.

Thanks Mike, it's ordered and should be on the way shortly.
