John Masen Parts?

I see all of these mentions of King or S&A or Wilson [etc] aftermarket 1911 parts, but I just stumbled upon another part maker [www.johnmasen.com] that I had never heard of. Any comments on quality & reliability? They seem to be in the ballpark of everyone elses, but are they?

Jmstr, I've used some of them. I have one of their commander style hammers in a 1911 that I'm not sure how many years it's been in there but I believe it was the first year they came out in the Brownells catalogue. 5 or 6 anyway. It still has the same 4# pull that was the result of the trigger job when I built that pistol. I've installed their parts on some customer guns as well over the past few years and I've never had one brought back with a complaint. They seem to make quality parts but somehow do it less expensively than Wilson or some of the others. George
