need advice

i have a rifle that has small gouges on the outside of the barrel from it falling and i need to find the best way to fill in without requiring a welder since i do not have access to welding equipment

Jamie: You're better off to leave it as is. It could be draw filed and reblued if the appearance bothers you, but even tigg welding might do more damage than the fall did.
