9x19 loads using WAP

I have a 2kg tin of WAP. I got it to use in my 38 Super but I find that I use a 9x19 a lot more. I can't find any loads for the 9x19 with WAP. Has anyone done any experimentations. I figure the 9x19 is only a mild 38 Super so what's the big deal?
If anyone can assist with info or source for same it would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Hey sricciardelli your page is a great source of info for us x-perimenters.
I have now reduced it to 4.6 and evrything is just fine.

I can't find any data for the WSF for 38 Specials what's the problem?

The problem seems to be your eyesight...

There is data for the .38 Special and WSF with bullet weights from 110 grain to 150 grain...

More importantly, where did you find Winchester Action Pistol? It is no longer being manufactured. Wish I could get some...

If it's not the best 9mm/.38 Super powder, I wish someone would tell me what IS! Power Pistol is the closest thing on the market today.

Pingun .45 on 1911 Forum talked to someone at Western Powders and they confirmed that Silhouette is indeed WAP. They apparently buy it from the same place Winchester bought it. I compared the most recently published Winchester data for WAP to the published loads for Silhouette and they are identical. I'm sure that many people will say not to assume anything and to only use published loads, etc. Well they're my fingers and after using Silhouette with WAP data I still have all of them.

Both are manufactured by Primex Corporation at St. Marks Powder plant in St. Marks, Fl.

However, just like with Hodgdon H110 / Win 296:
HS-7 / Win 571:
Hodgdon HP-38 / Win 231:
They will be from different lots and may have different burning characteristics.

Use caution and work up after every new lot of powder recieved if using at or near max loads.

Example, my first lot of Alliant RL-22 was somewhat slower than latest lot. The first one would take 61.0gr in my .30/06 with no pressure signs, and >1" @ 100yds with Speer 180 Soft Pt. Velocity was 2,775 fps
Latest max is 60.0gr. and velocity is higher than first batch, and accruacy is off slightly. Velocities are over 2,800fps from 24" barrel. All other components were from same lots as previous loads.
