Ammo recommendations Buck Mark Plus UDX

What types of ammo are most reliable for a Buck Mark?

My can not stop running like a dream and being super accurate with CCI Mini Mags. Solid or hollow point. The most important thing about keeping a Buckmark going is checking the two top screws and ensuring they are tight. Have fun trying all different brands!

Mine runs on most stuff pretty well with the exception of the really cheap, bulk stuff.

You may need to experiment with different ammo a bit.

Mine runs well on anything...including the cheap bulk stuff / but I feed it CCI Mini Mag for the best accuracy - most consistency.

Thanks, I bought a little CCI Mini-Mag, Federal AutoMatch Target Ammo, & Federal Game-Shok to try. I think it's all high velocity, but not sure about the AutoMatch.

Those should all work fine. My 20 year old Buckmark eats just about everything including standard velocity ammo.

My buckmark shoots anything, if there happens to be a problem , 99.999% of the time it is ammo and the other time is that I need to clean the gun after 3 or 4 thousand rounds.

If it is consistency you want in shooting groups than stick with one brand of ammo.

I have had the best luck with cci minimags in my buckmark. The Golden bullet was the worst for me

That's part of the fun of a new .22, finding out what ammo YOUR gun likes best.

Nice selection on the Buck Mark...pretty sure you'll be pleased with it.

My buckmark kept jamming on the cheap Aguila ammo. I think it was the wax coating. I could load a few, manually pull down on the thumb knob on the clip (magazine?) and it would go up slowly by itself
