Remington poor mans blued finish, is it possible to jewell the bolt?

Exactly as above, I have a remington 700 sps varmint in .204 ruger with the poor mans blued finish (rough matte black color, blasted then finished?) and I would like to have the bolt jewelled. I have always loved the look of a jewelled bolt and like to have something on a rifle that differs it from stock, it already shoots a great group right out of the box (.5 moa) and I dont see any need to improve accuracy any more than that. Also considering having the barrel cryogenically treated, any thoughts?
Also i just realized i posted this in reloading and not the smithy, please move post

There is a Larry Potterfield video on jeweling with a jig. Looks like a handy woodworker could make his own jig pretty easily.
