A friend of mine is looking for information on loading paper patched bullets. He would like to find dies to cast his own bullets or find out what is available in factory cast bullets, also where to find loading data. any help will be appricated. Thank you.

Lee and or Lyman make or have made dies for casting bullets for paper patching. That would be your most logical place to start.
