Mossberg 500 trigger assembly HELP!

Pulled it out to clean and it fell on the floor causing the trigger to fire. I am unable to get it to reset and fit back in the gun. Can anyone help, I am leaving for ducks in the am. Thanks.

Is the mainspring lined up in the hammer and the Mainspring Strut relief hole? If not the hammer only moves back about 1/8".

I think you just take the hammer and push it back and cock it in place.

Here's a lengthy video on the disassembly and reassembly of the Mossberg 590, including the trigger group.
The 500 should be nearly identical.
