"working" investment cast stainless... what works, what doesn't ???
I am looking at a stainless Ruger single action for a project gun... & am curious if anyone here has "worked" with Ruger's investment cast stainless???
will it TIG weld normally ??? if cutting off or reshaping investment cast parts, I assume they are generally void of casting defects, & should polish up to match the rest of the guns surface ???
