Ithaca Y2K mod. 37

Hello,
I have an Ithaca mod. 37 12 ga. with Y2K mod. 37 on the box. It is a black matte finish with black composite stock and forearm and an extended mag tube.
I asked the guy at the Rochester gun show that worked for Ithaca about it and he told me that less than 50 were made.
I am thinking about advertising it in the gun list but need an estimated fair market value. I can find no info on this particular gun in any type of search by books or internet.
Any info would be appreciated.

I can find nothing either, how ever it sounds simply like new Model 37 DS Police Special. NIB is listed at 400. I really don't believe the 2YK label will add anything unless it is also roll marked on the gun, Then add 50$.
