ar15 front sight gas leak

I recently built a Ar15. I shot it for the first time about a month ago. It shoot sub moa which is pretty damn good. The problem arose that upon inspection after 200 rnds. I noticed the front gas block is leaking slightly. Is this something i should worry about? My m16 in the army did the same thing, but that thing was a jamamatic. Would you guys changed the block out? I'm going to change it out but wanted to know if this is a common problem? This is my wifes rifle and I want it perfect.

A few of my builds have had leaky front sights. After a while they sealed themselves up. I wouldn't worry about it.
