which 20 ga pumps?

Which of the budget 20 ga pump shotguns are built on a scaled down 20 ga receiver? Rem870? Nova? Stoeger? NEF Pardner?

The 20ga 870 is on a smaller receiver than the 12ga. My 12ga weighs over 7lbs while my 20 is about 6 and a quarter.

Sorry dont have experience with the others you mentioned.

Remingtons are also built on a scaled receiver, at least as far as 20 gauge is concerned. Brownings are also done that way - most gun companies build at least two frames sizes - 12 and a 20 that they also fit 28 and 420 on.
