In case anyone other than me was wondering-
Which I doubt-
I ordered a couple of Uberti Remington B/P cylinders- Figured try my hand at the Pale Rider reload It took a good while to receive them but they were very nicely done I had an original 1858 on my desk and thought what the heck? The cylinder fit like it was a long lost twin, timing was perfect- I was a little shocked myself I managed to acquire the 22 conversion for the Remington- Installs easy enough but the timing is off just a hair- i.e. doesn't index exactly into the bolt-and line up with the bore- real real close but no cigar What can be done to remedy this without screwing up the timing of the pistol with it 44 cylinder? Suggestions? changes to the cylinder Mark |
