Dillon Scale Manual

I have not reloaded for about 15 years and I have about 20,000 rounds of 9/38/45/357 that I want to reload. My problem is I cannot remember how to work my Dillon eliminator scale. Does anyone have a manual or can give me details on adjusting and weighing. Also, is there a good inexpensive electronic scale that would work better. I have a Dillon RK 450.
Thanks
