Just saw these online.
Looks like a lot of fun
Anybody have one or had a chance to physically hold and look over?

I hope it is a true Beretta USA product, unlike so many farmed out 22's right now!

They are not.

They are made by Umarex, just like many of the other over-priced potmetal rimfire clones out there (Colt M4-22 and 1911-22, HK rimfires, Uzi rimfires, Walther P22, etc).

That means a big 'ol FAIL as far as I'm concerned. I've never met an Umarex product that met my standards for a quality firearm.

Bill's by me has a bunch of them. They look really cool and feel pretty good but I haven't shot one. I trimmed out a 597vtr and that satisfies my desire for a fun .22 range rifle. I don't need another one, at least not at $600.

If you want something like that you should look at American Tactical.
Their STG 44 is impressive.
They are coming out with an MP40 sometime this year
