Decots with bifocal options?

I am at a point in my life <40, that I need to buy some dedicated shooting glasses. I wear correstive lenses all the time and I am comfortable at shorter ranges, however at longer ranges it's a battle and I have resorted to optics on my rifles. I have one rifle left with irons, and I'm resisting the urge to put an optic on...plus, a Marlin 336SS looks just plain silly with a scope IMHO

I have been looking at the bifocal options that Decot offers, specifically for rifle shooting. Is there anyone else here that has used this or other bifocal options and how do the bifocal planes affect other general use applications (pistol, driving, field/hunting)? Is it negligible or a hinderance? Am I going to end up needing more than one pair for different uses?
