gun barrel without licence??
can i bye a gun-barrel without licence somewhere?? for a beretta 90 two..

Yes. The barrel is just considered a part. Whereas the frame is considered (LEGALLY) as being the gun. So no FFL would be involved in the process of buying a barrel.

Well, would that have not been a good thing to post in your original query or at least have a location to go with your name. There is a place for it.
If you wanted information about Norway law on a gun forum based in the US, then you should have asked in a very specific manner.
