45 Win Mag Dieing out?

I noticed the 45 Win Mag isn't in Lymans 48th. Whats up with that? Is it on its way out?

No interest? I've always had my eye on it but never got one due to the lack of arms. That Grizzly pistol is just too darn big.

Now in a nice light carbine ala Storm or shorty AR, I think it'd be a winner. 230 gr at 1400? Yeah Baby. Thumper.

Prolly be better than the Beowulf cartridge (practically speaking & fiscally). Think it'd work with slightly tweaked AR mags, like the 50 Beowulf?

(My buddy was tryin to tell me I should get a teeny AR, but the .223 needs that barrel for velocity, but the 45WM-AR would benefit from it, is how it came up.)

Thoughts?

It's been on life support for a decade or two...hard to find ammo these days, and when you do, bring cash. I like the idea, but I don't relish the thought of spending a buck fifty per round for plinking ammo.
