A friend of mine sent this to me--I read some of the bills of the various states---I can't see how the gov't could afford the tracking alone...

This has been posted about MANY times so far here.
You'll also note that the website indicates that it's for the 2008 legislative session, which has expired in all of the listed states.

And, finally, the proposed legislation went down to defeat in just about every state where it was proposed.

Please do at least a cursory search before creating a message about proposed legislation. You'll often find that someone else has beaten you to it.
