An up and down weekend!

My weekend got off to a pretty poor start. My neighbor woke me from a sound sleep at 1:30 am Saturday, dude your car got damaged. Went outside to find that a reckless driver had nailed my parked Prius and crashed it in to my 4Runner, 2 in one shot. The Prius is totaled, slight damage to my 4Runner. Damn, I liked that car, and it was almost paid for. Oh well, it appears the reckless driver is insured, and better yet I wasn't in the car.

The up part...after months of effort and practice I shot my first 25 straight in trap this afternoon. It feels REALLY good.

I'll be smiling all week, even when dealing with the insurance companies.

Wheeew….
I was afraid you were going to say your guns were in the car and they were totaled, too.

Congrats and sympathy. The first of many straights to come, and hopefully the last time you lose vehicles to stupidity.

We like our Prius so much, Son got the 2010 version for the first car he bought.

Thanks

Thanks a bunch guys. Now I'm just insisting the ins. co total the Prius, it's too structurally unsound to be "repaired" should hear more from them today. Pretty sure the hitch on the 4Runner punched in to the engine, there is lots of oil under it. We shall see.
