Locking a page

Why is it that, if someone is selling something on here and they finally sell it, they dont lock the page? That just bugs me. I have been dooped into openning something that i would like to check out, only to find that it is sold!

DOOPED I TELL YOU!!

How hard is it to lock they page out when you are done? Its kind of like putting the seat down when your done. Common curtsey people!

... because most people don't know they can lock their own threads in those forums. Getting members to read the sticky threads about the rules and procedures is like ... well, it's practically impossible.

Is a common curtsey the type a lady would use when meeting a Duchess as opposed to a royal curtsey when meeting the Queen?
