Colorado Gun Laws, brilliant oversight
So I read that the organizers of a gun buyback in Boulder Colorado had to cancel their buyback event, Our new "universal background check" law is making it nearly impossible.
Apparently the only way to legally perform such a buyback event in Colorado would be to pay an FFL holder to perform a BGC on each transfer, which would be too costly and cumbersome. Our brilliant Colorado legislature at its finest. If I drank milk, it would be shooting out my nose right now!
