I recently picked up a nice Marlin Model 39M and it has a 3x9 scope mounted in it that I am unable to identify. All it says is Monte Carlo and Japan. No other marking exist. Anyway, I works well enough but I am just curious what it is and who made it. Any info is appreciated.
