P238 laser issue

Just purchased the sig laser for the 238. Having an issue with it when I fire. The laser goes off and you have to push the button again. This happens every time. Anyone have any ideas or have had the same problems?

I have seen this. In the case i am familiar with it was a design flaw, he tried to use a foam cushion to some success, but it still would shut off after a few rounds due to the shock of the gun firing.

Contact the manufacturer yet or go to the web site help section?
