The Elite 3200 and 4200 Series are indeed well made and very reliable. Optics are on a par with other scopes in the same price range. Warranty is exceptional. Cannot comment on customer service, as never having had a problem I've had no reason to contact them. The Elite series are the scopes previosly marketed under the Bausch and Lomb brand.
The Trophy line is supposed to compete with the Redfield Tracker and Simmons Atec models. I have no experience with either so I can't make a good recommendation one way or the other.
Take Care
