Disassembling Lee Hand loader

Does anyone know how to disassemble the lee hand loader...
It comes with these clips that hold the screws in place...

It jams up, and Lee tech support said that I should disassemble it and take the paint of the joints?

How do u take those clips off?

Lee Loaders

I'd like to help, if possible. I'm not sure which piece of Lee equipment to which you are referring. There is a piece called a "Lee Loader" - but that ain't it because it has no screws and minimal parts.
Which press are you having a problem with?
Lee makes a hand press that is put together with pins (no screws) and they are held in place with c-clips. You can, if that's the one, pry them off with a screwdriver. There is a slot opposite the opening of the "C", put a screwdriver tip in there and twist. The washer/clip should move. You can then grab it with a needle nosed plier. There is a proper specialty plier available, probably at Brownell's.
