Cap sizes?

I just bought two replica BP pistols from an estate. I've always wanted to get into this hobby, and here I am...
The guns are an Oberti 1860 Colt Army and a Cabela's 1857 Remington brass "Buffalo" (Pietta??). They both look to be unfired.
The research that I've done in the FAQ's seems to suggest that I could use Hornady .454 ball in both, but my real question concerns the caps. #10, 11 or both?

Remingtion #10s fit all my cap guns real good. If i can't find them i use CCI #11s i just give then a little squeeze before i put them on the nipples.

The Uberti needs .454 balls but the Cabela's/Pietta 1858 Remington can get by with .451's.
However the .454's will work with both guns.

Thank you gentleman, and sorry for the obvious errors in discription.
(I should have had the guns available as I posted).

Actually Italian replica nipples are sized best for the Dynamit Nobel RWS 1075 caps. Dunno if you have them in the States...
