I've been using ffg for my shotgun shells and fffg in my .36 navies for SASS competition. I've noticed no difference than usin GOEX.

I've never used KIK myself, but several people I've talked to really like it. Their experiences all range from noticing no difference from GOEX to KIK being a little hotter and less dirty than GOEX. I might have to try someone one of these days.
