Remington 700 BDL stock question

I have a short action .223 BDL that I need to replace a damaged stock. This is the std contour barrel, are all the stocks with short action std barrels have the same channel in the stock i.e .308 vs .223 or is the .308 channel larger?

Barrel profiles are very much the same..
