Best tactical gun case for the $?

Just need a little help (ok a lot). Trying to find a tactical rifle carrying case for a reasonable deal. requirements are:
1. needs to hold 2 or more rifles at one time (including assault).
2. not a hard case (nylon or something comparable)
3. preferably under $100
4. storage space (for mags, ear protection etc.)

any help will be appreciated!

i want to know 2. and can anyone tell me of one that is hard?

Pelican makes one of the best, hard, air tight, water proof cases, and Biotach.com is having a sale on them for $129 shipping included. Just be sure to use a credit card with them. They are hit or miss but the card will protect you.
