Glynn County, GA's Finest
GeorgiaCarry.org released this video in their monthly email update last night.
Before watching, you should know that, according to GeorgiaCarry.Org, Glynn County PD has a record of harassing those who choose to carry legally in their jurisdiction. Also, there is no requirement in Georgia's CC law for a motorist to inform officers that he/she has a weapon. Also, according to Georgia law, anyone who is not otherwise disqualified from having a Georgia Firearms Permit may have a handgun in his/her car, anywhere he/she wants to have it, concealed or in open view, without a permit. Current Georgia law considers your car, as long as it is on public roads, to be pretty much like your home. Georgia law is fairly gun friendly, but officers like this one don't make it so. The officer who draws his weapon in the video has been involved in several other incidents involving legal firearms carriers in Glynn Co. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5S1rM...e=channel_page Notice the "gangsta" method of holding his weapon the officer uses.
