Question on Missouri bullets
I was looking into the SWC from MBC and noticed they have some listed for target velocity and others "for Major Power factor". The only difference is the brinell number(target is 12, major PF is 18). Im guessing the harder bullets will have more velocity, but im not sure(???). Whats the differences here?

Sometimes if you don't push a harder bullet hard enough, it will not expand to create a tight seal in the barrel. When this happens, you get gas cutting which is gas escaping around the bullet. This causes leading.
