Request for holster photo/info for XD

I'm trying to find a paddle holster for my newly-acquired Springfield XD 40 SC that I can easily interchange from strong-side (4 o'clock) to cross-draw. I've seen a couple that would work, but they hold the pistol too far from the beltline (too wide to conceal easily under a polo, e.g.).

Does anyone have a front or aft photo of the SA XD holster that SA is shipping with some pistols?

Or other knowledge that one or another of the available paddle holsters will hold the pistol close in?
