I was interested in attaching my little saying at the bottom of my comments like so many of you have. Like "coworkers are a convinent source of food in a post Apocalyiptic world" How is that done?

It's called a signature. Pull down the "Quick Links" menu above, and select "Edit Signature". (It's also available in "User CP" along with all your other options.)
