primer problems w/223& dillon 650

I am trying to load 223 military brass w/ dillon 650. I have a problem with the primers crushing about every 3rd case. I used the dillon swage tool and then a sinclair primer pocket tool. I can seat a primer just fine in a single stage press. I've torn the machine down and cleaned it but I'm at a loss. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
Scott

Thanks for the replies everyone. I called Dillon and tried what they suggested including a deeper swage. It helped a little but I've decided to buy a hand primer and quit wasting time. I guess it's the brass, but being able to seat a primer with the old single stage press throws me for a loop.

I had a similar problem loading 45LC on a 550b, Clean the primer cup, tighten the cup assembly and adjust the "paper clip" spring to hold the case tighter into the shell plate. Also check to be sure that you are using the correct size primer assembly.
