Need options for sights

I Have trijicon sights on my Warthog and not really a big fan. I am interested in the fiber optic sights but i cant find any info on ones that would fit my para warthog.

Any ideas the ones on Para's site only show a front sight option i would like both front and rear but Brownells have a million different options but nothing really says anything about about fitting the warthog.

Any assistance would be great and thanks in advance.
