Two Questions
How much would it cost to get a Colt SAA, and how much is a German Luger in good condition worth?

Your question is like asking "How much is a car worth?", without specifying what specific car, how old it is, etc. For both of the pistols you mention, prices can go from a couple of hundred dollars to thousands of dollars, and the only way to know which is which is to look at each example individually; are they complete, in working order, with the original finish, or are they "parts guns" that have been put together from several guns. What are the markings on them, etc? If you just want a shooter version of each one of these, you can still get affordable replicas or parts guns just for banging away at the range.

I never see used modern SAA's for sale at gunshows for some reason. NIB current production could be had for 1200-1600 I think. Lugers vary in price from ugly mismatched Russian capture guns for maybe as low as 5-600$ to around 800- to thousands for non capture original guns depending on condition. 30 cal. commercial models seem to be the lowest prices in that category and then anything that is an oddity or variation can add hundreds or thousands to that price range. There are some US made stainless steel Lugers that were made in the past 10-15 years that I have seen for sale for 600$ or so. Used, they are out of production.
