Neck sizing dies
I have a variety of calibers I would like to neck size only. What's the best way to go?

If the caliber you are using has a long neck, you can back out the standard full length sizing die so it doesn't touch the shoulder. I've done this when loading for the same gun the case was fired in and it worked well.
Most manufactuers sell neck size only dies but I haven't tried any. |

Depends - My non-benchrest bolt rifles all get the ammo sized with the Lee collet dies... my benchrest guns get either a Harrell die or a Redding bushing die.
IMHO, for general purpose use, the Lee collet dies are the best deal - Without a custom chamber/neck/throat, and without turning your brass, they do great... I only use the bushing-type dies with neck-turned brass.
