Where can I find one of these?

It is probably expensive, but would be awsome. Anyone know of this or similar equipment?

Looks like an old H-Square loader. To say they are troublesome would be kind. I used to work for a guy who loaded pistol ammo commercially. Load it up with primers, powder, bullets and cases and let it run all night long. Not a hi-speed machine, but OK if you just want to run it for hours.

Apparently you want to mass produce your own ammo? If so, the progressive press of choice would come from Dillon.

I know of one commercial ammo loader who still uses those machines...

Space Coast Bullets in Melbourne, FL.

4250 Dow Road, #307

ph. (321) 259-3044

Calvin is the owner/proprietor, and spends what I think is an inordinate amount of time keeping those particular machines operating. If I remember correctly, he actually had to machine replacement parts for them, and scrounge others.

He also runs Ponsness-Warren machines, and hydraulic/electric conversions for Dillon 1050 machines.

i ran it for a while as a probie making lots and lots of ammo. no hick-ups at all. just keep it filled with consumables...

"...want something automated..." Mucho dinero. Very mucho. Saw a price some time back. Forget where though. Seems to me it was in the neighbourhood of 10 grand or more for a commercial loading machine.

If you want a SERIOUS ammo-making-machine, Camdex is (and has been for many years) the major player in that game:

And THE name in cast-bullet-making machines is Magma:

This is the closest thing I could come up with.
