This old pump 12 ga. was given to me along time ago. Until recently I haven`t shot it. I took it out with me the other day to see what it could do. I`m very impressed with this old thing. My friends are not happy about being out shot by something this ugly. Does anybody have any experience with this shotgun? It has a "Power Pac" choke with a "medium range" choke tube in it. Any information would be appreciated.

The J.C. Higgins was basically the High Standard 200. Sears used J.C. Higgins (among other names) as a store-brand label name for firearms and other sporting goods.
