shorten up my winchester

I have a winchester model 1300 shotgun with a rather long barrel. Can anyone recommend a shorter barrel 18 or 18.5"? Should I look for a shorter winchester barrel or an aftermarket barrel (if there is such a thing?)

Where's a good place to shop?

Do I need to get the barrel shipped to an FFL?

I see some 18 inch barrels but they are sized for 8 shot magazines, and mine is a 5 shot. Should I try to upgrade the mag or find a different barrel?

Barrels are just a part. No ffl required. Ships to your door. Brent

Welcome to TFL. I've been looking for a 20-22" barrel for my 1300 too. Good luck is all I can say. Decided to either buy a different gun or get a short barrel for my 870.

If you find a source, let me know.
