While we're waiting for someone who knows what they're doing to show up, I'll offer some conjecture:

You can get pretty close to your specs in metallic with a KISS bullet feeder mated to a Dillon 1050.

I'm not aware of a shotshell press that'll auto-feed the wad. Perhaps this'll be KISS's next project? I use a Dillon SL-900 but it misses your criteria.

Depending on location, get a factory tour and make note of who made the machines you're interested in and give them, and any obvious competitors, a call.

To get what you want, you will spend several million dollars buying a complete used setup from an existing shell manufacturer. Then you will have to pay people to operate the machines.

All the things you want a reloading press to preform are alittle unrealistic. Reloading is cheaper for a reason, you have to do some of the work.

I have a MEC 9000H that is about as automated as you are going to get. I will sell to you for $650.00 plus shipping.

This guy is a troll,, 2 posts on the same stupid requirements. I wonder if he wants a machine that does the work while he is out to dinner too.
