Knoxx SpecOps Stock and GG&G Compatibility

The question was raised on this forum and others concerning the compatibility of the Knoxx SpecOps Stock and the GG&G Sling Mount that fits between the stock and the receiver.

We finally got the slling mount and were able to test it. On our shotgun the extra length of the adapter reduced the amount of bolt threads that were inside the receiver mounting nut to about three threads or slightly less. That is on the very minimal edge of acceptability. Due to the variations between receivers and stocks, you will need to test very carefully if you choose to install this device.

Officially, we can not recommend using the GG&G Sling Mount with the SpecOps Stock.

Sorry, I had hoped that the results would be otherwise.
